Whether operating solo or alongside others, players gradually liberate a nation from hostile forces town by town, with every action leaving a permanent mark on the persistent environment. Starting as an ordinary civilian under enemy rule, you are tasked with secretly building a rebel network while keeping a low profile. By securing local loyalty, establishing revenue streams, and reallocating supplies, you fuel your expanding rebellion. Can you succeed and take your island back?
