Build the civilian side of your resistance.
Freedom Fighters: Civil Administration Project adds:
• Twelve investments across Commerce, Logistics, Propaganda and Education.
• Town taxes, civilian loyalties, persuasion, uprisings and investment repairs.
• Illustrated donation menus with vehicle cargo and batch equipment donations.
• Six commander assignments covering support, deliveries, fortifications, FIA dogtags and sabotage.
• Personal reward accounts and local banks with savings and interest.
• Shared daily reports, history and graphs in the town register.
• Ferry travel armed with recruits, or undercover in civilian clothing.
• Admin controls for supporter donations, town output and investment prices.
• An illustrated Field Manual and loading tips. Lite edition; no new voices.
Requires Freedom Fighters, Reoccupation and their dependencies. Property menus appear with Civilian Ownership.
Visit a resistance contact for services. Administrators can adjust the economy through FF Game settings → CAP economy.
