1. ÁMBITO
Esta licencia se aplica exclusivamente al contenido original de POPCity incluido
en este paquete sobre el que su autor tiene facultad para conceder derechos.
No sustituye las licencias de Bohemia Interactive ni de terceros, ni reclama
derechos sobre marcas, dependencias u otros materiales ajenos.
2. USO AUTORIZADO
Se permite descargar el paquete desde su publicación oficial en Arma Reforger
Workshop, instalarlo, mantener las copias y cachés necesarias y ejecutarlo para
jugar en los servidores oficiales POPCity operados o autorizados expresamente
por el titular. No se cobra una licencia de uso del mod.
Los operadores autorizados pueden instalarlo y ejecutarlo en dichos servidores.
La mera adopción del nombre POPCity no convierte un servidor en autorizado.
3. RESTRICCIONES
Salvo permiso previo y escrito del titular o autorización legal aplicable,
no se permite:
- Resubir, redistribuir, publicar espejos, vender o sublicenciar el contenido,
completo o parcial, ni incluirlo en otros paquetes.
- Copiar o extraer recursos para incorporarlos a otros proyectos.
- Modificar, adaptar o distribuir versiones derivadas del contenido protegido.
- Alojar o utilizar este paquete en servidores distintos de los autorizados.
- Monetizar el contenido o presentarse como su autor sin serlo.
- Eliminar avisos de autoría o de licencia.
4. WORKSHOP Y DERECHOS LEGALES
Estas restricciones no limitan los derechos concedidos a Bohemia Interactive
mediante los términos aceptados del Workshop, incluyendo su alojamiento,
procesamiento y distribución, ni las descargas y actualizaciones oficiales.
Tampoco excluyen derechos irrenunciables, excepciones legales de interoperabilidad
u otros actos que no requieran autorización del titular.
Esta licencia no modifica permisos ya concedidos válidamente para versiones
anteriores bajo otras licencias.
5. PERMISOS ADICIONALES
Las solicitudes deben dirigirse al autor mediante el perfil de la publicación
oficial de POPCity en el Workshop. Un permiso adicional debe constar por escrito
e identificar su alcance.

El contenido se ofrece tal cual, sin garantías en la medida permitida por la ley.
