Basic lasgun battery 55 rounds -> 185 rounds added 1 True damage
Basic laspistol battery 20 rounds -> 100 rounds added 1 True damage
Hellgun Rate of fire 850 -> 666 (this should help with ammo management and controllability without affecting time to kill on vast majority of targets)
Multilas Rate of fire 2500rpm -> 1400 RPM (server won't **** itself every time its fired)
Spread start from 50m -> 100m (can actually hit things)
Hotlas Cable Magazine size 1000 -> 2000 rounds
Added HE Bolter mags + automatic bolter
bolter mags 15->20 rounds
Reinforcements kit adjusted for ammo, meds, and grenades
White artillery request effect changed to red
