Replaces the Huey with an MH60 with fastroping capabilities in EE_Radio Actions (Transport).
Once you are next to the helicopter, choose the option to mount the middle seats. From there, you will be able to see the flight options (Ready to Go, Hover, and Continue) as well as the Fast Rope Insertion Extraction System (F.R.I.E.S.) actions.
To deploy:
Order the helicopter to hover.
Select the extend rope system action.
Choose deploy ropes while positioned next to the window.
Locate the rope (it will be near your shoulder) and hold the Shift key to grab it.
