Summary
Small Edits to improve the initial start of Overthrow for a faster start
Official Workshop description
Increased starting cash to 2500 so your life isn't over if you lose your initial handgun and car (like I have by disconnecting while driving 100kph and walking back to a burned husk and empty dead body).
Also reduced base cost of handguns by factor of 10, and made bus travel cost 1 per km instead of 5.
