Build 2026-10-12.7 - EXPERIMENTAL

Raises peak engine power and torque from 10% to 15% over the same rebalance
baseline for all ten vehicle families. 4.545% more than 0.0.8, not a stacked
15% boost. Ural 249.55 kW/1015.45 Nm; M923 255.3 kW/1068.35 Nm.
Retains moderate downshift-factor tuning and player telemetry. All other
vehicle settings unchanged from 0.0.8. Gameplay comparison pending.

Previous release: Build 2026-10-12.6 - EXPERIMENTAL

20% DownShiftFactor increase over pre-experiment values across ten vehicle families.
Ural/BTR 2.64, M923 1.8, LAV 2.28, HMMWV 1.68, UAZ452/UAZ469 1.2,
M151 1.08, S105/S1203 0.96. Ural/M923 extremes replaced.
All other vehicle settings and player-only telemetry unchanged.
Same-slope comparison pending. No separate downhill tuning.

Previous release: Build 2026-10-12.5 - EXPERIMENTAL

Downshift-factor direction test: Ural 2.2 -> 4.4; M923 1.5 -> 0.75.
Every other vehicle physics/controller setting unchanged from 0.0.6.
Existing player-only 10 Hz diagnostics retained. Test both on the same hill.
These factors affect uphill/downhill shifting; no separate downhill changes.

Previous release: Build 2026-10-12.4

Player-only 10 Hz hill/clutch diagnostics: client CSV backup and server relay,
with NPC/passenger filtering, build ID, speed/grade, RPM, gears, clutch, controls
and wheel contact/slip. Multiplayer delivery awaits testing.
Restores vanilla forward gear spacing and peak torque RPM across all ten families.
Backports 1.9 aerodynamic scalars for M151/S105/S1203 and suspension scalars
for UAZ452/S1203. Existing engine output and faster clutch shifts retained.
Standalone; no third-party dependencies. 162 source and packed checks each.

Previous release: Build 2026-10-10.4

Move peak torque RPM 20% lower across all ten vehicle families for earlier native torque delivery.
Ural/M923 1450->1160, BTR 2200->1760, LAV 1800->1440, UAZ452/UAZ469 2100->1680, M151 1800->1440, HMMWV 2000->1600, S105 3000->2400, S1203 2800->2240 RPM.
Peak power and torque, power-peak RPM, steepness, idle/max RPM, gearing and shift timings remain unchanged from version 0.0.4.
Still standalone; the extra 5% first/second gear reduction remains removed.
Vanilla-only source and packed validation: 116 checks each. This does not imply 20% more torque at every low RPM; gameplay effect requires testing.

Previous release, build 2026-10-10.3:

Standalone release: requires only Arma Reforger, with no third-party mod dependency.
Preserves prior heavy-vehicle masses, BTR engine peak/differential settings and M923 rear differential strength through explicit local overrides.
Reverts the extra 5% first- and second-gear reduction across all ten vehicle families.
Retains the 10% engine power/peak torque increase, original moderated balance and 20% shorter clutch times. Shift latency and AI logic are unchanged.
Disable Heavy Vehicles Realism Tweak to avoid competing prefab overrides.
Vanilla-only source and packed validation: 76 checks each; gameplay remains unverified.

Previous release, build 2026-10-10.1:

Add 10% to engine MaxPower and MaxTorque across all ten vehicle families, relative to published version 0.0.2.
Keep existing gearing, peak RPMs, friction, inertia, mass, normalized axle shares, shifting latency and 20% shorter clutch timings unchanged.
Source and packed native validation: 69 passing checks each; gameplay performance remains unverified.
Prior changes retained:

Small climbing increment: increase first and second gear reduction by 5% over build 2026-10-08.2 across all ten vehicle families.
Upper and reverse gears, engine output, mass, differentials and quicker clutch timing remain unchanged from that candidate.
Prior combined balance retained:
Normalize Ural, M923 and BTR axle torque shares to a total of one, blending stock and normalized mod distribution.
Restore M923 rear-pair differential ratio to stock 1 instead of 6.44.
Move selected Ural/M923 differential strengths halfway toward stock.
Moderate Ural top-gear/clutch RPM changes and LAV first-gear, torque-peak RPM and uphill shift-factor changes.
Initial light-vehicle ratios were 10% shorter first and 5% shorter second than stock; the new increment brings these to 15.5% and 10.25% respectively.
Reduce clutch disengagement and engagement times by exactly 20% across the ten vehicle families.
Earlier balance did not add engine output; this candidate adds the 10% increase specified above. Mass and AI driving behavior remain unchanged.
Log installed build ID at game-mode startup.
PC and HEADLESS builds verified; no VM exceptions.
Actual climbing performance and shift duration still require gameplay testing.

Use Vehicle Power on your server

Add Vehicle Power to the game.mods array of your server config.json. The config generator builds the full file, the mod manager keeps the mod list and its dependencies organized, and the config validator checks an existing config. The adding mods guide and mod dependencies guide walk through it step by step.
