Ghillie wraps as weapon attachments, no weapons included. 9 shapes x 13 camos, arsenal ready, MP-safe attach/detach. A base for modders to add to their weapon mods.

Official Workshop description

Ghillie wraps as real weapon attachments, without any weapons. A base for modders: put the wraps on the weapons of your own mod. Contents: 9 wrap shapes: Compact, Short, Medium, Medium_Wide, Standard, Long, Long_Slim, Heavy, Heavy_Long 13 camo variants each: Summer, Spring, Summer/Spring, Autumn, Winter, Desert, Canyon, Deadlands, Everglade, Forrest, Multitarn, 420, Rainbowdash 117 wraps, all listed in the US and USSR arsenals Attach & detach action at the weapon (multiplayer-safe, localized in 13 languages) Example setups on the vanilla M16A2 and M21 Test world for quick checks For players and servers: Load this mod together with a weapon mod that uses it. On its own it only adds the wraps to the arsenal, no weapon has a wrap slot without such a mod. For modders: Add this mod as a dependency, give your weapon a wrap slot and the attach/detach action. Step-by-step guide in 13 languages in the addon folder: "How to add to Weapon-mod.txt". It also explains the difference between an Override (changes the original weapon on the server) and a new prefab (runs in parallel to the original). You may adjust the brightness (colours stay) and the shape (squash/stretch inside Enfusion) of a wrap to fit your weapon. Source FBX on request (not to be passed on). Rules (summary, full terms in LICENSE.txt): Credit in the Workshop description of every published mod that uses it: "Ghillie Wraps by WOOKIE (WOOKIE Weapon Ghilliewrap Base)" Weapons of other authors: you also need what their license requires No reupload, no paywall, no AI training WCS weapons only with prior written permission from WOOKIE. General rule for everyone, including Kuka: no WCS weapon may be equipped with these ghillies, and no separate mod may be built for that (loading WCS mods side by side is fine as long as no wrap goes on a WCS weapon) Servers may run it unmodified; income only for cost recovery (more only with written permission), Bohemia's monetization rules apply Restricted: ICR (Inner Circle Reforged) and affiliates may not use any WOOKIE mod Kuka (Spearhead community) personally may use and adapt this mod freely (WCS, ICR and no-commercial rules still apply; not other Spearhead members) License: CUSTOM (LICENSE.txt in the addon folder) Permissions and contact: Discord https://discord.gg/fBktKSVq79 ([O.S.K.A.R] WOOKIE)

================================================================================ WOOKIE_WEAPON_GHILLIEWRAP_BASE — CUSTOM CONTENT LICENSE Version 2.1 — Arma Reforger Custom Content License (Base Asset Edition) Effective Date: 2026-10-13 Licensor of Record: WallbangZ (Workshop) / WOOKIE ("Licensor") Copyright (c) 2026 WallbangZ / WOOKIE. All rights reserved. ================================================================================ This License governs the WOOKIE_WEAPON_GHILLIEWRAP_BASE addon ("the Content"). The binding terms are the numbered Sections below; they exist in English. The German and English plain-language summaries that follow are for reading convenience only and do not modify or limit the operative provisions. Vanilla assets authored by Bohemia Interactive that ship with or are referenced by the Content remain subject to the Arma Public License — No Derivatives (APL-ND): https://www.bohemia.net/community/licenses/arma-public-license-nd See Section 10. How to add to Weapon-mod.txt" darfst du frei übernehmen. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- PLAIN-LANGUAGE SUMMARY (ENGLISH, non-binding) -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- This mod belongs to WallbangZ / WOOKIE. It is a base for modders: it contains ghillie wraps for weapons, but no weapons. You may download it from the official Workshop page, run it on Arma Reforger servers in its original, unmodified form, and use it as a dependency of your own mods. You may make and publish screenshots and videos of normal gameplay. In your mod you may place and position the wraps on ANY weapon as you need; for weapons by other authors you also need their permission or license (Section 10.4). You may adjust the brightness of the camo patterns (scale Color uniformly), but the colours must stay. You may adjust the shape of the wraps inside Enfusion (squash, stretch, scale) to fit your weapon; WOOKIE may give you the source FBX for this on request, and you must not pass it on. You may freely copy the example prefabs and the snippets from the README and the guide "How to add to Weapon-mod.txt". Credit "Ghillie Wraps by WOOKIE (WOOKIE Weapon Ghilliewrap Base)" in the Workshop description of every published mod that uses this mod. Beyond that you may NOT edit it, repackage it, extract its files (models, textures, EDDS, EMATs, prefabs, scripts), reupload it, port it to other games, override its scripts/prefabs via modded class, occupy its GUIDs via .meta, train AI on it, or hand it to anyone else unless you have written permission from WallbangZ / WOOKIE. WCS EXCEPTION: you may use this mod with weapons from the WCS mods ONLY with prior written permission from WOOKIE. This includes workarounds such as a wrap slot on a vanilla base prefab that WCS weapons inherit from, and adapted wraps. This is a general rule for everyone, including Kuka: without permission nobody may equip WCS weapons with these ghillies or build a separate mod for that. Merely loading both mods side by side, without wraps on WCS weapons, is allowed. PERMISSION: Kuka (Spearhead community), personally, may use this mod freely, adapt it as needed, and include adapted parts in Kuka's own mods, without credit (Section 2.5). The WCS and ICR rules and the ban on commercial use still apply; other Spearhead members are not covered. Anyone may play and host Kuka's mods normally. Commercial use is prohibited, WITH ONE EXCEPTION: servers running the mod may accept income (e.g. donations) as long as it is used solely to cover ongoing server costs, server development, and the mod tools the server needs, i.e. strictly cost-recovery, no profit. Monetization beyond that requires written permission; Bohemia's monetization rules apply in all cases. Certain named communities/Discords (see Section 8) may not use, host, or reference this mod or any WOOKIE script or mod in any form whatsoever. If you break any rule, every permission ends immediately and you must delete the Content. The numbered Sections below are the binding terms. ================================================================================ 1. DEFINITIONS ================================================================================ 1.1 "Content" means the WOOKIE_WEAPON_GHILLIEWRAP_BASE mod in all forms, present and future, including without limitation: source and packaged files; all Enfusion-engine file types (.c, .conf, .gproj, .et, .emat, .st, .ent, .layer, .layout, .meta, .fsm, .imageset, .styles, and any other type now existing or later introduced); 3D models and meshes (.fbx, .xob); materials, textures, and image files of any format including .edds and .txo; animations and animation graphs; configuration values; documentation, README, guide, and changelog text; preview images, thumbnails, trailers, and Workshop page art; and any portion, derivative, fragment, sample, hash, embedding, or representation of any of the foregoing. 1.2 "Licensor" means WallbangZ (Steam Workshop name) and WOOKIE (community handle), which are the same individual, the author and rights holder of the Content, and any successor or legal representative. 1.3 "You" / "Your" means any natural person, group, server, community, organization, or entity that downloads, accesses, hosts, runs, modifies, distributes, or otherwise interacts with the Content, including all persons acting under Your control or direction. 1.4 "Modify" / "Modification" / "Derivative Work" means any of the following, whether manual or automated, in whole or in part: (a) altering, editing, removing, adding to, or rebalancing any file, value, parameter, asset, or behavior of the Content; (b) creating a modded class, modded enum, inheritance, override, partial-class extension, or runtime-reflection construct that targets any class, method, member, or Own Resource of the Content; (c) creating any asset or .meta declaration that uses, claims, replaces, shadows, or otherwise occupies a resource GUID, path, name, or identifier of an Own Resource; (d) extracting, exporting, decompressing, decompiling, disassembling, decoding, or otherwise converting any Content file from its packaged form into a separate or human-readable form; (e) translating, porting, recompiling, or adapting the Content to any other game, engine, platform, or environment, including other Bohemia titles; (f) producing a compatibility patch, balance patch, fork, branch, port, mirror, snapshot, or alternative build of the Content; (g) bundling, merging, or combining the Content (in whole or part) with any other mod, addon, content pack, or codebase into a single addon, package, or archive, even if the Content itself is unmodified within the bundle; (h) using any portion of the Content as training, fine-tuning, embedding, or retrieval data for any machine-learning, AI, or generative system; (i) creating any work that would, under applicable copyright law, constitute a derivative work of the Content. Acts permitted under Section 2.1 (including running the Content alongside other addons on a server or client) and Permitted Adaptations (Section 1.13) are not Modifications for purposes of this License. 1.5 "Distribute" / "Redistribute" means making the Content, any Modification, or any portion of either available to one or more third parties by any means, including: uploading to a Workshop page, repository, mirror, or file host; transmitting via message, email, drive, or cloud share; including in a modpack, collection, server-side download set, or third-party launcher; or posting, selling, gifting, or bartering it. Publishing Your Addon on the official Workshop with the Content declared as a dependency, where Your Addon contains no file or portion of the Content other than the material that Sections 3.2, 3.3(b), and 3.5 allow You to copy into it, and listing the Content by its official Workshop ID in a server's mod list so that players download it from the official Workshop, do not Distribute or Redistribute the Content. 1.6 "Monetized Server" means any Arma Reforger server that, directly or indirectly, receives or solicits anything of monetary value in connection with player access or community membership, including donations, subscriptions, one-time payments for whitelist/priority/slots/perks/kits/cosmetics, advertising or sponsorship revenue, or affiliate revenue, regardless of who receives the funds (server owner, parent community, Discord, Patreon, Ko-fi, host, or other). 1.7 "Written Permission" means an explicit, dated, identifiable communication from the Licensor granting a specific permission to a specific recipient for a specific scope, delivered via (a) a direct message from the Licensor's verified Discord, Steam, or Workshop account; (b) an email from an address the Licensor has publicly designated as official; or (c) a signed written document. Verbal statements, third-party assurances, screenshots without verifiable provenance, and assumptions of consent are not Written Permission. The burden of producing valid Written Permission rests entirely on the party claiming it; its absence is conclusive proof that none was granted. 1.8 "Platform" means the Arma Reforger game, Arma Reforger Tools (Workbench), and the official Workshop and server-hosting services, as operated by Bohemia Interactive. 1.9 "Restricted Entity" has the meaning set out in Section 8. 1.10 "Affiliate" of an entity means any person, group, server, or organization that: (a) shares ownership, leadership, or core staff with that entity in whole or material part; (b) is a successor, spinoff, rebrand, alt-community, sister-server, or revival of that entity; (c) is operated or controlled by individuals previously associated with that entity in any leadership, staff, or core member role; (d) acts on behalf of, fronts for, hosts for, or distributes content to that entity; or (e) is reasonably and in good faith determined by the Licensor to be functionally affiliated with that entity. Affiliation is determined by the Licensor and is binding for purposes of this License. 1.11 "Own Resource" means a resource or file whose GUID or path was created for and is defined by the Content (its meshes, textures, materials, prefabs, scripts, string tables, and test world). Vanilla Bohemia Interactive resources that the Content merely overrides (e.g. the entity catalogs under Configs/EntityCatalog) are not Own Resources. 1.12 "Your Addon" means any Arma Reforger addon made by You, published or private, that declares the Content as a dependency. "Weapon Mod" means Your Addon where it provides or modifies weapons. 1.13 "Permitted Adaptation" means an adaptation listed in Section 3, made in Your Addon within the limits of Section 3. 1.14 "WCS" means the modding team and community that publishes Arma Reforger mods under the name "WCS" (including, without limitation, "WCS_Weapons"), its members when creating or publishing for or under the name of WCS, and any successor, rebrand, spinoff, or renamed continuation of it; the Licensor's reasonable, good-faith identification of WCS is binding. "WCS Weapon" means (a) any weapon, weapon part or attachment, weapon prefab, or weapon model, mesh, texture, or material that was created or authored by WCS, or published, released, or distributed by WCS in any form (public, unlisted, private, or pre-release), regardless of the mod, name, publisher, or path under which it is later published; (b) any copy, reupload, repack, merge, rename, port, fork, or derivative of such a weapon or asset, including any prefab that inherits from it; and (c) any weapon or weapon prefab whose prefab or model contains, is built from, or inherits from such an asset, wholly or in part. A weapon does not become a WCS Weapon merely because it depicts the same real-world firearm as a WCS Weapon. ================================================================================ 2. LICENSE GRANT ================================================================================ 2.1 Subject to Your continuous and complete compliance with every term of this License, the Licensor grants You a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, royalty-free license to: (a) download the Content from its official Workshop listing for use within the Platform; (b) install and run the Content on an Arma Reforger server You operate, in its original unmodified packaged form as distributed by the Licensor; (c) connect to and play on servers that lawfully host the Content under this License; (d) declare the Content as a dependency of Your Addon and reference its prefabs, meshes, materials, textures, and script classes from Your Addon, including in weapon slots, loadouts, arsenals, entity catalogs, and scenarios, provided that Your Addon does not Modify the Content within the meaning of Section 1.4 (in particular Section 1.4(b) and 1.4(c)) beyond the Permitted Adaptations of Section 3; (e) make the Permitted Adaptations of Section 3 in Your Addon; (f) create and publish non-commercial screenshots and videos of normal gameplay as permitted by Section 11; and (g) open the Content, including its example prefabs and test world, in Arma Reforger Tools (Workbench) and play it there to build and test Your Addon, without saving any change to an Own Resource. 2.2 All other rights, including all rights under copyright and related laws, are expressly reserved. Nothing in this License transfers ownership of the Content or any portion thereof to You. 2.3 This License grant is void ab initio as to any Restricted Entity or Affiliate thereof (see Section 8) and, as to WCS Weapons, limited by Section 4. 2.4 Every one of Your Addons that uses the Content: (a) must, when published, credit in its Workshop description: "Ghillie Wraps by WOOKIE (WOOKIE Weapon Ghilliewrap Base)"; and (b) must not charge money or any other consideration for access to the wraps or to any adaptation of them. 2.5 Standing Permission -- Kuka (Spearhead). (a) Grantee. The Licensor grants the modder known as "Kuka" of the Spearhead community, as identified by the Licensor (the "Grantee"), a standing, royalty-free, personal permission as set out in this Section 2.5. The Licensor's identification of a Grantee is binding. The reference to the Spearhead community only identifies the Grantee; the permission does not depend on membership in that community and does not extend to the Spearhead community, its servers, members, or Affiliates, or to any other third party. Persons who help a Grantee build that Grantee's mods, acting under the Grantee's direction and solely for those mods, may do so but acquire no rights of their own. The permission is not transferable or sublicensable. (b) Scope. Notwithstanding Sections 2.1, 2.4(a), 3, 6, 7.1, 9.1, 9.2, and 13.1, the Grantee may use the Content freely and adapt it as needed, including any Modification under Section 1.4(a) to (d), (f), (g), and (i) (for example editing, recolouring, or re-texturing its meshes, materials, textures, prefabs, and scripts, and using source meshes provided by the Licensor), and may include the Content or adapted parts of it in the Grantee's own Arma Reforger mods, published on the official Workshop or used privately. No credit is required from the Grantee. (c) Limits. Sections 1, 2.4(b), 4, 8, 9.3 (except as to GUID identifiers), 11, and 14 remain fully binding on the Grantee, and Section 12 remains binding insofar as it protects Sections 4 and 8. This Section 2.5 does not permit (i) porting the Content to any other game, engine, or platform (Section 1.4(e)); (ii) any use under Section 1.4(h) (AI training); (iii) publishing or passing on source meshes (.fbx) or unpacked source files of the Content other than compiled inside a Grantee's published mod; or (iv) republishing the Content unchanged, or as a standalone asset pack or library whose main purpose is to distribute the Content. (d) Downstream. Any person may download, install, run, host, and play a Grantee's mod published under this Section 2.5, and may declare it as a dependency, as if it were the Content in its original form under Sections 2.1(a) to (d) and 5; Sections 2.1(b), 5.2(c), and 5.3(d) are satisfied as long as that mod is used as published by the Grantee. The Content contained in such a mod remains Content under this License for every person other than the Grantee, and Sections 4, 6, 7, 8, 9, and 12 apply to it in full. A Grantee may not grant anyone broader rights. (e) Form, breach, and revocation. This Section 2.5 is Written Permission to the Grantee for the scope stated here, notwithstanding the delivery channels listed in Section 1.7, and satisfies Sections 7.1 and 13.1 for that scope. It ends as to a Grantee under Section 14.1 upon that Grantee's material breach of a provision that remains binding under (c), and may be revoked under Section 14.2 by notice to the Grantee or by publishing a version of this License without this Section 2.5. When it ends, Section 14.3 applies to that Grantee, including to the Grantee's mods that contain the Content. ================================================================================ 3. PERMITTED ADAPTATIONS FOR WEAPON MODDERS ================================================================================ 3.1 Placement and positioning. You may add attachment slots, user-action contexts, and actions to the weapons of Your Weapon Mod so that the wraps of the Content can be attached, and You may freely choose the position, rotation, and slot typing of those slots. Section 4 applies. 3.2 Brightness. You may create materials in Your Addon that are based on one of the Content's camo variant materials (by Enfusion material inheritance or as a copy of its parameters) and change only its brightness: multiply all three RGB components of its Color by the same factor. All other parameters, including the texture maps, Camo and Emissive values, stay as in that variant. Any other change is recolouring and is prohibited under Section 6.2(e). 3.3 Shape. You may adapt the shape of a wrap inside Enfusion to fit Your weapon: (a) by uniform scale, offset, and rotation through Your own prefabs, inherited prefabs, or slot settings; and (b) by re-importing a source mesh (.fbx) of the Content into Your Addon with Enfusion import settings that change the geometry only by scale (also per axis, i.e. squash or stretch), offset, or rotation, and that assign only the Content's materials or materials allowed under Section 3.2. The source meshes are not contained in the packed Workshop addon; the Licensor may provide them on request for this purpose. Such a scaled mesh may only be used together with the Content as a dependency, must not be shared other than as the compiled mesh inside Your published Addon, and must not be edited in any other way. The source mesh files themselves must not be published, shared, or passed on in any form or to any person, including in repositories or source releases of Your Addon. 3.4 Own prefabs and catalogs. You may create prefabs that inherit from or reference the prefabs of the Content, and list them, the weapons of Your Weapon Mod, and the Content's prefabs in Your own entity catalogs, loadouts, arsenals, and scenarios, including overrides of the same vanilla entity catalogs that the Content overrides. 3.5 Examples. The configuration snippets in README.md and in "How to add to Weapon-mod.txt" and the example weapon prefabs under Prefabs/Weapons/WKI_GhillieWrapBase_Examples may be freely copied and adapted into Your Addon, under Your own path and with a new GUID (e.g. via the Workbench "Duplicate" function). 3.6 Conditions for every Permitted Adaptation: (a) Your Addon must declare the Content as a dependency. Except as allowed in Sections 3.2, 3.3(b), and 3.5, copying, extracting, re-saving, or re-exporting files of the Content into Your Addon is not permitted. (b) Section 2.4 (credit, no charge) applies. (c) Section 4 (WCS Weapons) applies. (d) Permitted Adaptations never authorize any act listed in Section 6.2, Section 7, Section 9, or Section 12 beyond what this Section 3 expressly allows. ================================================================================ 4. WCS WEAPONS ================================================================================ 4.1 You shall not use the Content, any wrap of the Content, any Permitted Adaptation, or any other Modification or adaptation of the Content (including adaptations made under Section 2.5) on, with, or for any WCS Weapon, and shall not build, publish, or host any addon, patch, or compatibility addon that combines any of them with WCS Weapons, unless You hold prior Written Permission from the Licensor for that specific use. 4.2 Section 4.1 includes, directly or through any intermediary item or mechanism: (a) adding wrap slots, contexts, actions, or scripts to any prefab, base prefab, or script class that WCS Weapons inherit from; (b) attaching wraps of the Content, or adaptations of them, to any item (such as an attachment, suppressor, handguard, optic, sling, or magazine) that is mounted, pre-mounted, or offered for mounting on a WCS Weapon, or to a character, bone, or slot so that they appear on a WCS Weapon; (c) applying any mesh, material, or texture of the Content, or an adaptation of it, to a WCS Weapon; and (d) any other setup that causes wraps of the Content, or adaptations of them, to become attachable to, appear on, or be combined with WCS Weapons; and publishing or hosting any addon that does any of the foregoing. Whoever publishes an item that carries wraps of the Content, or adaptations of them, and can be mounted on weapons must, where Arma Reforger Tools allow it, keep that item from mounting on WCS Weapons. A host that did not create such an item is not in breach under (b) until notified by the Licensor, and must then within seventy-two (72) hours remove that item or the WCS mods from that server. Running the Content (or a mod containing adaptations of it) and WCS mods side by side on the same server or client, without any setup under (a) to (d), is not by itself use with WCS Weapons. 4.3 Section 4 does not restrict the Licensor's own conduct. It continues to bind every other person, also where the Content, a wrap, or an adaptation of it is obtained from or contained in another work of the Licensor (including any work of the Licensor that combines wraps with WCS Weapons); such a work gives others only the rights its own license expressly states, and any use of its wraps on, with, or for WCS Weapons outside that work as published by the Licensor requires Written Permission under Section 4.1. 4.4 Section 4 is a general rule that binds every person, including the Grantee under Section 2.5 and KOTH Reforged under Section 6.4. No other provision of this License, and no exception or permission granted under it, overrides Section 4; only a Written Permission that expressly names WCS Weapons and the specific use does. 4.5 For Section 4, an "adaptation" of the Content includes any wrap, mesh, texture, or material that was made from, with, or by reference to the Content or a source mesh of it (including by editing, re-meshing, retopology, re-texturing, baking, tracing, re-exporting, renaming, or copying it into another addon), regardless of how much of the Content remains in it and whether it would be a derivative work under copyright law. ================================================================================ 5. HOSTING ON MONETIZED SERVERS ================================================================================ 5.1 "Permitted Cost-Recovery Monetization" means income (such as voluntary donations, subscriptions, or perk payments) received by a server running the Content that is applied solely to: (a) covering the ongoing operating costs of that server (including hosting, hardware, rental, and bandwidth); (b) development work for that server (including configuration, scripting, and content creation for that server); and (c) the mod tools and software the server needs to operate and be maintained. Income is Permitted Cost-Recovery Monetization only to the extent it does not exceed these costs and is not taken as personal profit, salary, dividend, or other private enrichment by any operator, staff member, or affiliated party. 5.2 Notwithstanding the general prohibition on commercial use, You MAY host the Content on a Monetized Server WITHOUT separate Written Permission, provided that: (a) all monetization is Permitted Cost-Recovery Monetization within the meaning of Section 5.1; (b) the server complies with Bohemia Interactive's monetization policies and Workshop terms then in effect; (c) the Content on the server is unmodified (Sections 6 and 7); and (d) no permission as to You has been revoked. 5.3 Any monetization that is NOT Permitted Cost-Recovery Monetization — including any arrangement that yields profit or private enrichment beyond actual server costs — is permitted only if all of the following are continuously satisfied: (a) You have Written Permission from the Licensor that specifically names the server and authorizes its monetization model; (b) the monetization model in actual operation matches the model described when permission was sought; (c) the server complies with Bohemia Interactive's monetization policies and Workshop terms then in effect; and (d) the Content on the server is unmodified. 5.4 Written Permission under Section 5.3 for one server does not extend to any other server, community, branch, or successor, regardless of shared ownership or staff. 5.5 The Licensor may, on reasonable grounds, request a good-faith account of a server's Content-related income and expenditure to verify compliance with Section 5.1. The Licensor may revoke any monetized-hosting permission, and may withdraw the Section 5.2 cost-recovery allowance as to a specific server that abuses it, at any time with immediate effect upon notice through any channel reasonably calculated to reach You. 5.6 Your Addons that use the Content only as allowed by Sections 2.1(d) and 3, and the Permitted Adaptations in them, are not Modifications of the Content and do not make the Content on a server modified for purposes of this Section 5. ================================================================================ 6. MODIFICATION RESTRICTIONS ================================================================================ 6.1 Except for the Permitted Adaptations of Section 3 or with prior Written Permission, You shall not Modify the Content in any manner or for any purpose. 6.2 Without limiting Section 6.1, and except as Section 3 expressly allows, the following are expressly prohibited: (a) creating any modded class, override, partial-class, or runtime-reflection construct that targets any class, method, layout, attribute, GUID, or Own Resource of the Content — whether shipped in Your own addon, in a third party's addon, or in a private or local file; referencing the Content's script classes, prefabs, meshes, and materials as allowed in Section 2.1(d), and inheriting from, referencing, or copying them as allowed in Section 3, is not affected; (b) creating any .meta file or asset that occupies, duplicates, or shadows a resource GUID, path, or name of an Own Resource; (c) extracting, unpacking, decompiling, decoding, or otherwise converting any file shipped with the Content (including .xob, .edds, .txo, .emat, .et) into a separate or readable form; (d) writing, generating, or distributing scripts, tools, configurations, or instructions whose purpose or natural effect is to enable any of the foregoing by any person; (e) recolouring the camo patterns, or presenting recoloured versions as Your own work; and (f) porting the Content to any other game, engine, or platform. 6.3 A prohibited Modification is prohibited whether it is publicly distributed, privately shared, used only on a server You operate, or used only on Your local machine. 6.4 GUID Modification Exception -- KOTH Reforged. Notwithstanding Section 6.2(a)-(b), the Licensor grants a standing exception permitting King Of The Hill Reforged ("KOTH Reforged") -- specifically its five named servers EU-1, EU-2, EU-3, NA-1, and NA-2 King-Of-The-Hill Reforged -- to modify resource GUIDs within the Content, solely to the extent necessary to support KOTH Reforged's own permanent-unlock tracking system, and solely where such modification is a non-optical, non-system change (i.e. it does not alter any visual, audio, mesh, material, texture, or script/behavioral aspect of the Content). This exception does not extend to any other modification permitted or prohibited elsewhere in this Section 6, and does not extend to any other server, community, branch, successor, or Affiliate of KOTH Reforged, consistent with Section 5.4. The person responsible for KOTH Reforged for purposes of this exception is the user "dvize." This exception is documented further in a separate Written Permission grant issued by the Licensor and remains subject to revocation under Section 14.2. ================================================================================ 7. REDISTRIBUTION RESTRICTIONS ================================================================================ 7.1 Except with prior Written Permission specifying the exact channel, recipient, and scope, You shall not Redistribute the Content, any Modification, or any portion of either. Without limiting the foregoing, You shall not: (a) upload the Content to any Workshop page, repository, mirror, file host, or alternative distribution platform; (b) include the Content in any modpack, collection, server-managed download set, or third-party launcher; (c) share, transmit, gift, sell, lend, or barter the Content or its files to any person not directly downloading from the official Workshop page; (d) extract any asset, script, configuration value, model, texture, or other component of the Content for use in any separate project, asset library, marketplace, tutorial, or AI training corpus; or (e) publish source code, configuration values, or asset files derived from the Content. 7.2 Section 7.1 applies regardless of whether You charge for the Redistribution and regardless of whether the recipient is a member of Your community, server, friend group, or household. 7.3 Section 7.1 does not prevent You from publishing Your Addon on the official Workshop with the Permitted Adaptations of Section 3, including the material that Sections 3.2, 3.3(b), and 3.5 allow You to copy into it, as long as Your Addon declares the Content as a dependency. Source meshes received under Section 3.3(b) remain subject to the sharing ban in Section 3.3(b). ================================================================================ 8. RESTRICTED ENTITIES ================================================================================ 8.1 The following entities (each a "Restricted Entity") are absolutely prohibited from accessing, downloading, installing, hosting, running, viewing, Modifying, Redistributing, depending on, referencing, or otherwise interacting with the Content — or with ANY other mod, script, tool, or addon authored by the Licensor (WallbangZ / WOOKIE), whether or not covered by a separate license — in any capacity, by any means, and through any intermediary: - ICR — Inner Circle Reforged (Discord: discord.gg/ICR; icr-reforger.de) 8.2 The prohibition in Section 8.1 extends in full to each Affiliate of each Restricted Entity, as defined in Section 1.10. The Licensor's determination of Affiliate status is final and binding for purposes of this License. 8.3 No licensee or other party may, directly or indirectly: (a) provide the Content to a Restricted Entity or Affiliate; (b) host the Content on a server known or reasonably suspected to be operated by or to serve a Restricted Entity or Affiliate; (c) act as a proxy, mirror, intermediary, white-label host, or front for a Restricted Entity or Affiliate; (d) accept compensation from a Restricted Entity or Affiliate in exchange for any activity involving the Content; or (e) assist any Restricted Entity or Affiliate in circumventing this Section. 8.4 Use of the Content by a Restricted Entity or Affiliate is a material breach by every party who facilitated or knowingly tolerated that use, including the immediate licensee and any intermediate distributor. 8.5 The Licensor may, by public announcement on the official Workshop page or community channel, add additional Restricted Entities. Such additions take effect immediately upon publication. ================================================================================ 9. REVERSE ENGINEERING AND ASSET PROTECTION ================================================================================ 9.1 You shall not, and shall not assist or instruct any other person to, reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, unpack, deobfuscate, decrypt, or otherwise attempt to derive the source form or constituent files of any portion of the Content, except to the minimum extent non-waivable under applicable mandatory law. Source meshes provided by the Licensor under Section 3.3(b) are not obtained by reverse engineering and may be used as Section 3.3(b) allows. Opening the Content in Arma Reforger Tools (Workbench) to view, reference, or inherit from it, and copying files, parameters, or values of the Content as Sections 3.2, 3.3(b), and 3.5 allow, is not reverse engineering under this Section 9. 9.2 Except as Section 9.1 allows, model extraction, texture and .edds extraction, configuration-value scraping, and any equivalent activity targeting the Content's assets are expressly prohibited. 9.3 You shall not strip, alter, conceal, or remove any copyright notice, author credit, license file, GUID identifier, Workshop reference, or attribution embedded in or associated with the Content. ================================================================================ 10. THIRD-PARTY AND VANILLA ASSETS ================================================================================ 10.1 The Content builds on and may reference vanilla assets authored by Bohemia Interactive. Those vanilla assets are not owned by the Licensor and remain subject to the Arma Public License — No Derivatives (APL-ND): https://www.bohemia.net/community/licenses/arma-public-license-nd 10.2 This License governs only the original assets and work authored by the Licensor. Nothing here grants rights to any Bohemia Interactive intellectual property, engine code, base-game assets, or platform services; Your use of those is governed separately by Bohemia Interactive's terms. The example weapon prefabs and the test world shipped with the Content inherit from vanilla Bohemia Interactive assets and serve as setup references. 10.3 Where any third-party asset incorporated into the Content carries its own license or attribution requirement, that requirement is additionally binding on You, and any such terms are noted in the Content's documentation or credits. 10.4 Your own weapons remain Your property. Weapons of other authors remain subject to their own licenses. For an override, an inherited prefab, or any other change to such a weapon You need whatever rights that license requires; this License grants none. ================================================================================ 11. COMMERCIAL AND PROMOTIONAL USE ================================================================================ 11.1 Except for Permitted Cost-Recovery Monetization and any monetized hosting authorized under Section 5, You shall not use the Content, its name, or its branding for any commercial purpose without separate Written Permission, including merchandise, paid tutorials or coaching, sponsored content primarily featuring the Content, sale of access beyond what Section 5 permits, or any use implying endorsement or affiliation. Section 2.4(b) applies to Your Addons. 11.2 Non-monetized gameplay videos, streams, screenshots, and reviews depicting the Content as used on a lawfully operating server are permitted, provided they do not include extracted assets, source code, or other material that itself violates this License. ================================================================================ 12. ANTI-CIRCUMVENTION ================================================================================ 12.1 Any act, omission, structure, or arrangement whose purpose or natural effect is to evade, weaken, or work around any restriction in this License, including Section 4, is itself a violation, regardless of whether it technically satisfies the literal text of any single Section. 12.2 Without limitation, the following are deemed circumvention: (a) declaring the Content a dependency from a separate addon that then replaces or overrides Content classes, prefabs, layouts, materials, or assets in a manner equivalent to a prohibited Modification under Section 6 or that goes beyond the Permitted Adaptations of Section 3; (b) splitting the Content into fragments to argue partial-use compliance; (c) routing access through an intermediary to evade any restriction, including any restriction under Section 4 or Section 8; (d) creating shell communities, alt servers, rebrands, or successor entities to evade Section 8; or (e) producing tools, scripts, instructions, or AI prompts whose foreseeable use enables others to perform any prohibited act. ================================================================================ 13. AUTHORIZATION PROCESS ================================================================================ 13.1 Any permission required under this License must be sought in advance, in writing, identifying: (a) the requesting person or entity; (b) the proposed scope of use; (c) the proposed server, channel, or context; (d) the proposed monetization model, if any; and (e) the proposed duration. 13.2 Silence, delay, partial response, prior practice, community custom, third-party assurance, and assumptions of consent do not constitute permission. 13.3 Any permission granted is limited to the scope expressly stated and does not extend by implication to other persons, servers, or uses. Permissions are personal and are not transferable on sale, merger, or transfer of a community or server. ================================================================================ 14. TERMINATION ================================================================================ 14.1 This License terminates automatically, immediately, and without notice upon any material breach by You. 14.2 The Licensor may additionally terminate this License as to You at any time, for any reason or no reason, by any reasonable means of notice, including a public announcement on the official Workshop page. The Licensor may revoke any exception or Written Permission granted under this License at any time. 14.3 Upon termination, You shall, within seventy-two (72) hours: (a) cease all use, hosting, and distribution of the Content; (b) remove it from every server, host, repository, mirror, modpack, and local installation under Your control; (c) remove the Content as a dependency, every reference to it, and every Permitted Adaptation from Your Addons, or unpublish those addons; and (d) destroy all copies of the Content, all Modifications, all extracted assets, and all source meshes received under Section 3.3(b) in Your possession or control. 14.4 Sections 1, 2.5(c) and (d), 4, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 12, 14.3, 15, 16, 17, and 19 survive termination. ================================================================================ 15. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES ================================================================================ 15.1 THE CONTENT IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, COMPATIBILITY, OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION. 15.2 The Licensor makes no representation that the Content will function with any particular version of Arma Reforger, any other mod, any weapon, any server configuration, or any future Platform update. ================================================================================ 16. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY ================================================================================ 16.1 TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE LICENSOR SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, GOODWILL, OR SERVER POPULATION, ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE CONTENT OR THIS LICENSE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. 16.2 The Licensor's aggregate liability under this License shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount You actually paid the Licensor for the Content (presumed to be zero) or (b) the minimum amount required by applicable mandatory law. ================================================================================ 17. OWNERSHIP AND RESERVATION OF RIGHTS ================================================================================ 17.1 The Content is licensed, not sold. All right, title, and interest in and to the original Content authored by the Licensor, including all intellectual property rights, remain at all times with the Licensor. 17.2 All rights not expressly granted by this License are reserved. No rights arise by implication, estoppel, or otherwise. ================================================================================ 18. PLATFORM COMPATIBILITY ================================================================================ 18.1 This License applies to use of the Content on the Platform. Where any term conflicts with a mandatory rule of Bohemia Interactive's then-current Workshop Terms of Service or platform policy, the mandatory rule controls solely to the extent of the conflict, and the remainder of this License continues in full force. ================================================================================ 19. GENERAL PROVISIONS ================================================================================ 19.1 Severability. If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, it shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions continue in full force. 19.2 Entire Agreement. This License is the entire agreement regarding the Content and supersedes all prior communications and understandings. 19.3 No Oral Modification. This License may be modified only by a written instrument issued by the Licensor. 19.4 Version Control. The Licensor may publish revised versions on the official Workshop page of the Content. Each revised version applies to every person from its publication onward, including persons who obtained the Content through a Grantee's mod or any other addon, who use a copy downloaded or stored earlier, or who do not update; continued use after publication constitutes acceptance of that version. 19.5 Acceptance. Downloading, installing, hosting, running, referencing, or otherwise using the Content constitutes Your unconditional acceptance of this License. If You do not accept it, You have no right to use the Content and must immediately cease all use. 19.6 No Waiver. No failure or delay by the Licensor in exercising any right operates as a waiver of that right. Enforcement against one violator does not limit enforcement against any other. 19.7 Governing Law. This License is governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, except that the Licensor may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction. 19.8 Interpretation. Headings are for convenience only. "Including" and "without limitation" are non-exhaustive. The plain-language summaries are non-binding. ================================================================================ 20.
