All rights reserved except as expressly granted below. 1. SCOPE This licence covers the original code, artwork, configurations, documentation and other original content included in TRGB Intel (the “Mod”). Third-party content remains subject to its respective licences. Arma Reforger and its associated intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners. 2. PERMITTED USE You may: • Download, install and play the Mod. • Run the Mod on private or public Arma Reforger servers. • Create missions and scenarios that require the Mod. • Create separate addons that reference the Mod as a dependency without copying or bundling its files. • Publish screenshots, streams, videos and reviews featuring the Mod, including monetised videos and streams. • Make private modifications for personal use and testing. These permissions are non-exclusive and do not transfer ownership. 3. DISTRIBUTION Distribute missions and compatible addons by referencing the official TRGB Intel Workshop release as a dependency. Without prior written permission from WickedWabbit / TRGB, you may not: • Reupload, mirror, republish or redistribute the Mod or its files. • Include the Mod’s files in another mod, collection archive, download package or server pack. • Publish modified versions, forks or ports of the Mod. • Extract and redistribute its original code, models, textures, interfaces or other assets. Downloading and caching the Mod through the official Workshop for normal game or server operation is permitted. 4. COMMERCIAL USE You may not sell, sublicense or charge specifically for access to the Mod or its features without prior written permission. Use on a monetised server requires prior written permission and must also comply with Bohemia Interactive’s applicable rules. Voluntary donations that provide no gameplay benefit or restricted access to the Mod do not require permission under this licence. 5. ATTRIBUTION AND BRANDING Do not remove copyright notices, licence notices or author credits. Do not present the Mod, or any authorised modification, as your own work or imply endorsement by WickedWabbit / TRGB. This licence does not grant permission to use TRGB or WickedWabbit branding to promote another product. 6. PRIVATE MODIFICATIONS Private modifications must not be distributed to other players or servers without written permission. For shared multiplayer use, use the official release unless permission for a modified distribution has been granted. 7. THIRD-PARTY CONTENT This licence grants no rights beyond those held by the author. Where a third-party licence grants additional permissions or requires notices, attribution or source availability, those terms apply to that third-party content. 8. NO WARRANTY To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Mod is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose, availability or compatibility with future game updates. 9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the author is not liable for losses arising from use of the Mod, including lost saves, interrupted server operation or incompatibility. Nothing in this licence excludes liability or statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. 10. TERMINATION Your permissions under this licence terminate if you materially breach its terms. On termination, stop using and distributing the Mod and remove copies under your control, except where retention is required by law. 11. SEPARATE PERMISSION Exceptions may be granted in writing by WickedWabbit / TRGB. Permission for one person, project or release does not grant permission for other uses.
