Corns Booby Traps - NML No Mans Lands UHC Exclusive Server Use License Version 1.0 - 18 October 2026 Copyright (c) 2026 Wee White. All rights reserved, except as expressly granted below. Corns Booby Traps is a custom Arma Reforger mod developed specifically for NML No Mans Lands UHC. Use is authorized exclusively for that server and the limited supporting activities described below. 1. SCOPE AND LICENSOR "Licensor" means the individual publishing under the alias "Wee White", consistent with the Corns Orlan-10 project. The alias does not identify NML as a separate legal entity or transfer ownership to NML. "Content" means the original scripts, configuration, documentation and other original material supplied with Corns Booby Traps, only to the extent the Licensor holds the relevant rights. This is a restricted-use custom license, not an open-source license or a transfer of ownership. "Authorized Server" means the Arma Reforger server specifically identified as "NML No Mans Lands UHC", administered by its authorized NML operators. Moving that same server to replacement hardware or a replacement hosting provider does not change its identity. This permission does not extend to other NML servers, other communities, unrelated servers using a similar name, or additional public instances without separate written permission from the Licensor. 2. EXCLUSIVE SERVER USE Subject to this license and Bohemia Interactive's applicable terms, the Authorized Server's administrators may install and operate the Content solely for that server's non-commercial Arma Reforger operation. Players may download, cache, install and run the Content on PC or Xbox solely to connect to and play on the Authorized Server. Possessing, downloading or subscribing to the mod does not authorize hosting it on another server or using it for unrelated standalone gameplay. The Licensor, authorized NML administrators, authorized contributors and invited testers may also use the Content in private local or dedicated Arma Reforger development, maintenance and acceptance-test sessions solely for the Authorized Server. These sessions may not be offered as another public community server. Necessary private backups and transfers among these authorized maintainers are permitted solely for those purposes. Use only authorized on NML No Mans Lands UHC and its authorized private development/test sessions. No other server or community is granted use. 3. DISTRIBUTION AND MODIFICATIONS Normal official Arma Reforger Workshop downloading, caching, installation, hosting, processing, delivery and updating are permitted. All permissions required by Bohemia Interactive's applicable platform terms are preserved; this license does not obstruct Workshop operation. Only the Licensor or a publisher expressly authorized by the Licensor may publish the official mod or its updates. Except for the permissions above, re-uploading, mirroring, repacking, bundling, reselling, sublicensing, sharing source or distributing the original Content requires the Licensor's separate prior written permission. Public access to files grants no such permission. Authorized NML contributors may modify original Content solely to develop or maintain this mod for the Authorized Server and submit their changes to its authorized publisher. No permission is granted to reuse the original Content in other mods, products or server projects. These restrictions do not override third-party permissions or rights that cannot lawfully be restricted. 4. NON-COMMERCIAL AND PRODUCT RESTRICTIONS Use of the Content for any commercial purpose is prohibited. Any direct or indirect monetization of the Content is prohibited, including selling the mod, charging for its use, paid access, paid gameplay benefits, or including the Content in a monetized offering. This license does not authorize use on a monetized server. Use outside Bohemia Interactive's own products is explicitly prohibited. The specific permission granted here is limited to Arma Reforger; no right is granted to extract or reuse original Content in another product. Any proposed exception requires separate written permission from all relevant rights holders and every required platform approval; no exception is effective where prohibited by Bohemia Interactive's applicable terms. 5. THIRD-PARTY RIGHTS AND NOTICES Bohemia Interactive retains its rights in Arma Reforger, Enfusion, native grenade and door assets, game scripts, APIs and other base-game material. Other third-party material remains subject to its own terms. This license claims no ownership of that material, general gameplay ideas, or mechanics, and cannot withdraw permissions granted by other rights holders. Keep this license and applicable attribution/third-party notices with permitted copies. See THIRD_PARTY_NOTICES.txt. No technical server lock, telemetry, retaliation or harmful enforcement is implemented or authorized by this license. These terms do not technically prevent another server from loading the mod. Bohemia Interactive is not a party to this custom license and is not being asked to police its server restriction. 6. DISCLAIMER AND PRECEDENCE The Content is provided as is, without warranty to the extent permitted by law. No guarantee of stability, platform certification, server capacity or Bohemia Interactive endorsement is made. Use is permitted only within the scope above; rights not expressly granted are reserved to their holders. Mandatory law, Bohemia Interactive's applicable terms and third-party rights prevail where they apply. This license grants or reserves only rights actually held by the Licensor and does not retroactively revoke previously granted rights. Permission beyond this license must be obtained in writing from the Licensor through the official mod publisher.
