Official Workshop description
MCW Heli Sling Loading lets you lift and transport vehicles using a helicopter-mounted cable and a four-point sling.
Deploy the cable from the pilot seat, attach a vehicle on the ground, then take off. Transport vehicles across difficult terrain, lower them into position or release the load in flight.
Features:
Adjustable cable length from 3 to 20 metres, with a 10-metre default
Pilot controls for deployment, winching, retraction and cargo release
Four-point vehicle attachment with flexible, animated ropes
Ground crew attachment and detachment
Solo operation: land, deploy the cable, exit to attach cargo, then return to the cockpit
Native vehicle physics, gravity and collisions
Vehicle weight affects lifting performance
Supports vanilla vehicles and modded vehicles using compatible standard vehicle components
Compatibility with unusual custom vehicle setups may vary. Multiplayer testing and further improvements are ongoing
