Nothing else is granted except as stated below. The current version of this license is published at https://coldcreekrp.com/licensing/ and replaces all earlier versions. 1. Permitted use You may load and use this mod only while playing on, or hosting, the Cold Creek server. Use on any other server, community, or project is not permitted without prior written permission from Cold Creek Roleplay. You may record, stream, and screenshot your play on the Cold Creek server and publish or monetize that footage. No permission or credit is required. 2. Restrictions Except for Cold Creek Roleplay, its authorized developers, and contributors using their own work under section 4, no party may: - Redistribute this mod or any part of it, in any form, on any platform. - Edit, modify, tweak, patch, repack, or otherwise alter it in any way. - Create derivative works from it, or extract scripts, assets, or data from it for use elsewhere. - Rehost, mirror, or reupload it, including to the Arma Reforger Workshop under another account. - Sublicense it, relicense it, or present it as their own work. These restrictions apply to everyone else, including server owners, other mod authors, and members of the Cold Creek community. Permission to use the mod is not permission to change it. 3. Enforcement and takedowns Any use outside these terms ends your permission immediately, without notice, and you must delete every copy of the mod you hold. Unauthorized uploads, mirrors, repacks, and servers running the mod will be taken down. Cold Creek Roleplay files DMCA (17 U.S.C. 512) and equivalent notices with the host, the Workshop, and Bohemia Interactive, and bans everyone involved from the Cold Creek server, community, and Discord. All other legal remedies, including injunctions and damages, are reserved. Not acting on one violation waives nothing. 4. Ownership and contributors Cold Creek Roleplay owns this mod as a whole and retains all rights to it permanently. That includes, without limitation, the rights to edit, distribute, relicense, and reuse the mod. Downloading, subscribing to, or playing with this mod transfers no rights to anyone. Individual contributors and developers keep the rights to their own original work and may use it in other modifications. That does not include assets licensed or purchased by Cold Creek Roleplay, third-party content, or other contributors' work. By contributing, each contributor grants Cold Creek Roleplay a permanent, irrevocable, royalty-free right to use, modify, distribute, and relicense their contributions as part of the mod. Contributions already in the core Cold Creek packs stay there and will not be removed. 5. Scope, third parties, and disclaimer This license covers all content created for Cold Creek Roleplay, including code, terrain, models, textures, and interface art. It does not cover: - The mods this mod depends on, which belong to their authors and remain under their own licenses. - Code or assets included under license from others and annotated as such, in the file itself or in its credits. Those remain their owners' property. - Bohemia Interactive's base game content, including anything this mod inherits from or references in Arma Reforger. Anything not otherwise annotated is covered by this license. Credits are listed on the Licensing page at https://coldcreekrp.com/licensing/. This is a fan-made modification for Arma Reforger. It is not made, endorsed, or supported by Bohemia Interactive. Bohemia Interactive's own terms for Arma Reforger and the Workshop apply in addition to this license. The mod is provided as is, with no warranty of any kind. To the extent the law allows, Cold Creek Roleplay is not liable for any damages arising from its use, including data loss, lost progress, or server failure. 6.
