Corns Orlan-10 — NML Community Use License Version 1.1 — 14 October 2026 Corns Orlan-10 is an original, custom Arma Reforger mod developed specifically for NML (No Mans Land). This describes the purpose of its original ORL scripts and authored models; it does not claim ownership of the Enfusion engine, Bohemia game content, third-party mods, or interfaces used for compatibility. ## 1. Scope and licensor “Licensor” means the individual publishing under the alias “Wee White” through the official Arma Reforger Workshop account associated with the original Corns Orlan-10 project. “Wee White” is a publishing alias and does not identify NML as a separate legal entity or transfer ownership to NML. Copyright (c) 2026 Wee White. “Content” means the original scripts, models, sounds and other material in Corns Orlan-10, including Corns Yolka, only to the extent that the Licensor holds the relevant rights. NML (No Mans Land) is the authorized, non-commercial community. This document does not establish or transfer ownership of third-party material. Bohemia Interactive content, Realistic Combat Drones by SalamiBoiDev, and any other third-party material are excluded. They retain their own licenses and attribution. This license cannot restrict permissions already granted for such material. See THIRD_PARTY_NOTICES.md. ## 2. Authorized use Subject to Bohemia's applicable terms, NML administrators may install and operate this mod on non-commercial Arma Reforger servers administered by or expressly authorized by NML. Players may download, install and run it to connect to those servers. NML administrators, contributors and invited testers may also use it in private Arma Reforger development and acceptance-test sessions, including local dedicated tests. Use only authorized on NML (No Mans Land) servers and NML-authorized development/test sessions. This grants no permission to operate another community's server using the original Corns Orlan-10 material. ## 3. Distribution and modifications Normal downloading, caching, installation, hosting and delivery by the official Arma Reforger Workshop are permitted. Bohemia Interactive retains all platform hosting, processing and distribution permissions required by its applicable terms; this license does not obstruct Workshop operation. Only the authorized Licensor/NML publisher may publish the official mod or its updates. Re-uploading, mirroring, reselling, bundling, repacking, distributing source or redistributing the original mod material elsewhere requires the Licensor's separate written permission. NML-authorized contributors may modify original material for NML development and submit changes to its authorized publisher. Other adaptation rights are not granted. These restrictions do not override third-party licenses or rights that cannot lawfully be restricted. ## 4. Commercial use and platform restriction Use of the Content for any commercial purpose is prohibited. Direct or indirect monetization of the Content is prohibited, including sale or licensing fees, paid access to the Content, paid gameplay benefits, or use of the Content as part of a monetized offering. This license does not authorize operation on a monetized server. Any proposed exception requires separate written permission from the relevant rights holders and every approval required by Bohemia; no exception is effective where prohibited by Bohemia's applicable terms. Use outside Bohemia Interactive's own products is explicitly prohibited. The permission granted here is limited to Arma Reforger. No permission is granted to use extracted models, audio or scripts in other products. ## 5. Notices and enforcement Keep this license, attribution and third-party notices with permitted copies. No technical server lock, telemetry, retaliatory behavior or harmful enforcement is authorized by this license. Licensing restrictions are not a technical guarantee that other servers cannot load the mod. Bohemia is not a party to this custom agreement and is not being asked to police authorized servers. ## 6. Disclaimer and precedence The Content is supplied as is, without warranty, to the extent permitted by law. No performance guarantee, 128-player certification or official Bohemia endorsement is implied. Mandatory law, Bohemia's applicable terms and third-party rights take precedence where they apply. Only rights actually held by the Licensor are granted or reserved. Previously granted rights are not retroactively revoked by this document.
