Compatibility patch for ConflictPVERemixedVanilla2.0 and WCS Loadout Editor. Adds WCS slot IDs to the scenario custom loadout manager and exposes saved slots 1-4 for US and USSR. Keeps default kits and existing saves. Requires both original mods; their scripts and assets are not included. Created for Wildturks123.
