Summary
AVIEL31 Arab Civilians: every civilian (CIV) on the server automatically gets Middle Eastern clothes and a Middle Eastern face.
Official Workshop description
AVIEL31 Arab Civilians by AVIEL. Every character of the civilian faction (CIV), placed by the Game Master or played by a player, automatically gets one of 17 Middle Eastern outfits (from Middle East Insurgents, incl. 7 Gaza civilian outfits) and one of 8 AVIEL31 Middle Eastern faces. The faces are vanilla Arma heads with new skin materials, so they add almost nothing to the download. No ToH ReCharacters needed anymore. Server side.
