# Valen Mod License (VML) v1.0 **Effective Date:** 10/17/2026 **Applicable To:** All Valen Studios mods for Arma Reforger **Authorized Servers:** STC servers ONLY ## Rights Granted You are permitted to: - Use this mod and its contents within Arma Reforger for personal, non-commercial purposes, **exclusively on authorized STC servers**. - Use this mod in **any game mode within Arma Reforger**, provided that it is hosted exclusively on an authorized STC server. Use on any other server, whether public, private, or community-hosted, is strictly prohibited. - Add this mod to arsenal, helipad, or similar server-side configurations as needed for functionality on authorized STC servers. - Retexture the mod's assets for personal use only, provided that: - Retextured versions are not redistributed without express written permission. - Clear credit is given to the original mod and its authors. - Retextures do not alter core functionality or the underlying structure of the mod. - Retextures are used exclusively on authorized STC servers. ## Restrictions You may not: - Use, load, host, or operate this mod on any server other than an authorized STC server. - Copy, duplicate, mirror, or redistribute this mod or any part of it. - Modify, alter, remix, or create derivative works based on this mod (except personal-use retextures as allowed above). - Reverse engineer, decompile, extract, adapt, or tamper with any part of the mod's files, systems, scripts, models, textures, or code. - Use any scripts, functions, or internal systems from this mod inside your own mod—even if you list this mod as a dependency. - Reuse or repurpose any code, models, or textures contained within the mod. - Use this mod or any of its contents for commercial purposes, including paid servers or monetized content. - Upload, share, or distribute this mod in any form on any platform without express written permission. - Use this mod on non-STC servers, regardless of whether the server is public, private, password-protected, or non-commercial. ## Prohibited Modding Clause Any attempt to create, publish, or distribute a mod, addon, or content pack that uses, incorporates, adapts, or is derived from any part of this mod—whether directly or indirectly—is a violation of this license. Such violations may result in: - Immediate revocation of all rights granted by this license. - Valen Studios contacting Bohemia Interactive (BI) to request the removal of your mod or related content from the Workshop or any other distribution platform. - Possible legal action in cases of deliberate or repeated infringement. ## Ownership All assets, code, and content contained within this mod are the exclusive property of the original creators. This license does not grant you ownership or any rights beyond those explicitly stated. ## Termination Violation of any term of this license results in immediate termination of your rights to use the mod.
