Official Workshop description
The G6 Rhino is a 6×6 wheeled self-propelled 155 mm L45 gun-howitzer, built for multiplayer artillery play in Arma Reforger.
A CREWED GUN, NOT A ONE-MAN TURRET
- Driver: drives the 47-tonne 6×6 off-road.
- Layer (gunner): lays the gun from the turret sight.
- Commander: runs the fire-control computer and directs the fire mission.
- Loader: loads projectiles from the ready rack and rams them.
- Breech operator: opens and closes the breech, loads charges, primes and fires.
- Ammunition handler: works the rear ammunition door.
FIRE CONTROL
- In-turret fire-control computer (LMS terminal). Enter target data and get the gun laid for the mission.
- Printed firing table item (FT 155 G6-1) with a page per projectile type.
- In-game field manual, including a controls page that follows your own key rebinds.
- Its own "G6 Rhino SPH" category in the Controls menu, with full keyboard and controller bindings.
AMMUNITION
- 155 mm HE ERFB-BT, HE ERFB-BB, Smoke (WP) and Illumination, plus propellant charges.
- The racks in the hull and turret are visible and empty round by round as you fire. Every player sees the same count.
- Resupply: load rounds from US ammunition trucks, arsenal boxes or a vehicle station's ammo depot, carry them to the gun, and use "Restock magazine" at the rear door.
CONFLICT & GAME MASTER
- US faction. Spawnable in Game Master.
- Available from the Large Vehicle Depot for 2500 supplies, rank Captain.
