By downloading, installing, using, loading, hosting, or distributing this addon through the Arma Reforger Workshop, you agree to follow this license, the Arma Reforger Workshop Terms of Use, Bohemia Interactive’s applicable rules, and all applicable laws. If any part of this license conflicts with Bohemia Interactive’s mandatory terms, Bohemia Interactive’s terms take priority. --- 1. OWNERSHIP AND RIGHTS --- The Author retains all rights, title, and interest in the original custom content included in this addon. This license does not transfer ownership of the addon to any user, server owner, community, group, or third party. Any Bohemia Interactive game data, tools, trademarks, names, or intellectual property remain the property of Bohemia Interactive and are subject to Bohemia Interactive’s own terms and rules. If this addon contains or depends on third-party content, that content remains subject to its original license and permissions. --- 2. PERMITTED PERSONAL USE --- You may download and use this addon for personal gameplay inside Arma Reforger, provided that your use follows this license and Bohemia Interactive’s rules. Personal use does not give permission to reupload, repack, modify, monetize, port, or use the addon on unauthorized public or private servers. --- 3. SERVER USE REQUIRES WRITTEN AUTHORIZATION --- This addon is not open for unrestricted server deployment. A server owner, server operator, community, clan, unit, or hosting provider may only use this addon on a game server after receiving written authorization from the Author. Written authorization may be granted through Discord, email, website message, ticket system, or another written method accepted by the Author. Authorization is limited only to the server, community, or project specifically approved by the Author. Authorization may not be transferred, sold, shared, sublicensed, or extended to other servers or communities without new written permission. --- 4. REVOCATION OF SERVER AUTHORIZATION --- The Author may revoke server authorization at any time. After authorization is revoked, the server owner or operator must stop using, loading, hosting, or distributing this addon on their server as soon as reasonably possible. Revocation of authorization does not give permission to reupload, modify, bypass, crack, mirror, or redistribute the addon. --- 5. NO REUPLOADS, REPACKS, OR SERVER MOD PACKS --- You may not reupload this addon, in whole or in part, to the Arma Reforger Workshop or to any other platform. You may not include this addon, in whole or in part, inside another mod, server mod pack, private mod pack, collection upload, mirror, backup upload, or repacked addon. You may not upload this addon under another account, community profile, server profile, group, or project name. Workshop collections that link to the original Workshop page without reuploading the files are allowed, unless the Author states otherwise in writing. --- 6. NO DERIVATIVES OR MODIFICATIONS --- You may not modify, edit, adapt, remix, transform, decompile, reverse-engineer, extract, copy, or build upon this addon or any part of it without written permission from the Author. You may not use this addon’s files, textures, models, scripts, configurations, names, icons, or other included assets as a base for another addon without written permission from the Author. This restriction does not prevent normal gameplay use of the addon inside Arma Reforger. --- 7. NON-COMMERCIAL USE ONLY --- This addon is strictly non-commercial. You may not sell, rent, lease, license, trade, or otherwise commercially exploit this addon. You may not use this addon for any direct or indirect monetization without written permission from the Author and without full compliance with Bohemia Interactive’s monetization rules. This includes, but is not limited to: * paid access to servers using this addon; * paid priority queue access connected to servers using this addon; * paid kits, items, equipment, factions, vehicles, cosmetics, roles, ranks, or gameplay advantages connected to this addon; * paid mod pack access; * donations, subscriptions, sponsorships, advertisements, or perks that directly or indirectly monetize access to this addon; * using this addon as part of a paid service, commercial server package, or hosted product. Bohemia Interactive server monetization approval does not automatically grant permission to use this addon on a monetized server. Separate written permission from the Author is still required. --- 8. ARMA REFORGER / BOHEMIA INTERACTIVE PRODUCTS ONLY --- This addon may only be used inside Arma Reforger or another Bohemia Interactive product where such use is expressly allowed by Bohemia Interactive. You may not port, convert, export, adapt, or use this addon or any part of it in any non-Bohemia game, engine, platform, software, marketplace, or project. --- 9. SAFE TECHNICAL ENFORCEMENT --- The Author may include server validation or authorization checks to protect the addon from unauthorized server use. Any technical enforcement must be limited to disabling, unloading, restricting, or deactivating this addon’s own features when used on an unauthorized server or after authorization has been revoked. Technical enforcement must not: * damage, delete, corrupt, or alter user files; * crash or intentionally destabilize the game, client, server, operating system, or network connection; * collect private personal data; * interfere with unrelated mods; * punish players personally for joining a server; * degrade the user’s game experience beyond the addon simply not functioning. If the addon is not authorized for a server, the intended behavior should be that the addon’s own features do not work, as if the addon was not available on that server. --- 10. PROHIBITED CONDUCT --- You may not: * claim ownership or authorship of this addon; * remove or alter author credits, license files, notices, or attribution; * bypass, remove, disable, or crack authorization checks; * distribute modified or extracted files from this addon; * use this addon in a way that violates Bohemia Interactive’s rules; * use this addon in a way that violates applicable law. --- 11. TERMINATION --- Permission to use this addon automatically terminates if you violate this license. After termination, you must stop using, hosting, modifying, distributing, or loading the addon. The Author may request removal of unauthorized reuploads, derivative works, mirrors, repacks, or infringing content through the Arma Reforger Workshop, hosting platforms, or applicable legal processes. --- 12. NO WARRANTY --- This addon is provided “as is” without any warranty. The Author does not guarantee that the addon will always work, remain available, remain compatible with future versions of Arma Reforger, or be free from bugs or errors. Use of this addon is at your own risk. --- 13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY --- To the maximum extent allowed by law, the Author is not responsible for any loss, damage, server issue, incompatibility, data loss, gameplay issue, ban, moderation action, or other consequence resulting from the use or misuse of this addon.
