Official Workshop description
Shared Arsenal Catalogs is a standalone server-side configurable addon for Arma Reforger that allows the vanilla US and USSR arsenal catalogs to be shared across US, USSR and FIA arsenal points.
Weapons, clothing and equipment can be enabled independently through a JSON configuration file. This makes it possible to share selected arsenal categories without exposing faction-specific radios.
Features
Independently share weapons, clothing and equipment.
Preserves original supply costs, rank requirements and display rules.
Supports standard US, USSR and FIA arsenals.
Expands compatible ammunition supply points without converting them into full arsenals.
Allows US and USSR players to save cross-faction loadouts.
Preserves third-party curated arsenals that use overwrite lists.
Does not modify vehicle catalog entries.
Automatically synchronizes server settings to every client, including late joiners.
Radios and radio backpacks always remain restricted to their original faction.
Includes additional protection for modded radio equipment.
Standalone: Frontline PvE and Frontline PvP are not required.

Shared Arsenal Catalogs – Clothing and Equipment Separation
Added a new shareClothing JSON option.
Shared arsenal content is now divided into three independently configurable categories:
Weapons
Clothing
Equipment
shareClothing controls uniforms, helmets, vests, standard backpacks, gloves and footwear.
shareEquipment now controls medical items and general-purpose equipment.
Radios and radio backpacks always remain faction-specific.
Added additional protection for modded radios identified through their resource names.
Updated server-to-client settings synchronization to include all three categories.
Late-joining players receive the correct server configuration.
Added backward compatibility for existing configuration files:
If shareClothing is missing, the previous shareEquipment value is temporarily used for clothing.
Updated the automatically generated Settings.json.
Updated documentation and testing instructions.

Add Shared Arsenal Catalogs to the game.mods array of your server config.json. The config generator builds the full file, the mod manager keeps the mod list and its dependencies organized, and the config validator checks an existing config.
