Summary

Adds Tonic's deployable bike to CIV and FIA factions too

Official Workshop description

I found it odd that the two factions you would most expect to have the bicycle available - the local civilians and the guerilla faction - didn't. So I made this, which simply adds the deployable bike to each faction's arsenal, meaning it should now be available to all vanilla factions.
