Removes rank progression loss on player death for PvE and Milsim servers

Official Workshop description

Removes the vanilla rank progression penalty applied when a player dies. Designed for cooperative, PvE, and milsim servers where player rank should persist through combat deaths. Normal XP gains and rank progression remain enabled. Initial version developed for Arma Reforger 1.8.
