- Increases max volume boost to 400% (from 300%)
- Makes max volume boost the default
- Blacklists Radio Everon station (custom stations only)
- Enables Portable Radio playback in inventory by default
- Decreases default radio volume to 25% (from 50%)
- Increases audible radio distance to 400 (from 200)
