Custom weapon sound effects

Added a dedicated rear sight animation for the QBZ03 and adjusted the iron sight zeroing configuration.

Added a new QBZ192 weapon variant and included it in the armory.

Fixed the muzzle attachment configuration for the relevant weapons so that the firing effects display in the correct position after attaching a suppressor.

Fixed the weapon prefab configuration for the QBZ95-1 and QJB95-1. Resolved the issue where the bipod could not be used properly on certain servers.
