A voice range changer with intuitive UI and vanilla-like UX

Official Workshop description

Changes the direct voice VON icon to the voice level the user is talking with. This makes the user know how loud they are talking at any time, without further user interactions or annoying UI on-screen. (see screenshots) Three modes/voice levels: - 5 meters (whisper) - 15 meters - 70 meters (yell) hf!
