Official Workshop description

Adds 12x Rangefinder variant of M22 binoculars. Adds 20x Rangefinder variant of M22 binoculars. Both present in US arsenal for 10 supply. Both present in CIV arsenal for 0 supply. Forces use of a primary weapon slot and requires ADS to use, but still allows for other binoculars to be equipped and used with default bindings. Thank you to Black Forge Studios for the Laser Range Finder class. Thanks to Smudge for putting up with my nonsense.
