Official Workshop description

Sprinting gives you a boost to jump over things. You have a 2.5 second grace period from Fall/collision damage To use, Set the keybind in ESC-Settings-Controls and go across to the ragdoll section to bind your key of choice

Use RagdollAtWill on your server

Add RagdollAtWill to the game.mods array of your server config.json.
