+Adds dropper and kamikaze drones, and related accessories to player faction arsenal.
+Fixed batteries so they work again.
+Adjusted supply costs to balance for FF gamemode.
+Slightly increased drone speed.
+Changed FPV controller to use 1x1 inventory slot, equippable in pistol slot.
