Official Workshop description
The Rifles are added to the Supporting Team (so the better weapons should only appear at military base shops) and some of them are added to the FIA Equipment list.
This mod is not endorsed by anyone other than myself.

Changed special rifles to appear in supporting team lists. Added more of the ammunition types.
I made this change so that the "special rifles" feel even more special. Also if you use a custom faction such as British Forces the rifles will still appear in the arsenal after a military base is captured.
I think previously it required US to be the supporting faction to see the rifles in the list.config.json entry
