NPCs now make sounds such as coughing, whistling, humming, voice lines, and more.
NPCs in the base game are basically dead silent until they get into contact, which means you'll get ambushed quite a bit, this changes that.
As long as NPCs are not in combat, each group will randomly give off ambient sounds with a cooldown. The sounds travel far so you need to keep your ears open.
This supports modded voice lines as well as long as they use the correct modified event name.
