Adds ACE medical Breathing dev items to the default medical boxes.

Official Workshop description

All prefabs are created and and owned by the ACE dev team. This just adds the following new ACE Medical Breathing Mod items to the default medic boxes; King LT, Chest Seal, NCD Kit, Oxygen Mask. Slightly adjusted other item quantities. Increased box capacity.
