Official Workshop description

Now it's only possible to get a pistol or a grenade from CIV houses. Allowed fridges only to have medical stuff in them. (more logical than boots and pants, boots and pants, RGD-5) More equipment spawns instead of just clothes. Reduced clothes spawn rates. Reduced Helmets spawn rates. Reduced Backpacks and Vests spawn rates.
