For the purposes of this Section, being a "core part" of the community is not limited to holding a staff or leadership role. It includes, without limitation, any person who has been a significant or ongoing member of the community, who acts or has acted on its behalf or for its servers in a substantive capacity, or who has carried out meaningful or recurring mod or development work for the community — whether or not that work was performed as part of a formal staff role. This Section is not intended to capture incidental or one-off contributors who have no substantive connection to the community, such as independent mod makers who performed minor or isolated work without being part of it.
