Changes the USSR to represent Panama in the 80's (This is not 100% historically accurate, it is just meant to represent Panama Forces in an acceptable manner)
This mod is intended to be used as an overhaul for AI groups in PvE scenarios & missions although is entirely playable for PvP or personal use.
