As monsoons begin and end it is common to observe rainfall from what seems like a cloudless sky, this is to be expected and can occur naturally in this region... Wind Transportation: Strong high-altitude winds can carry rain droplets several miles away from the storm clouds that created them. By the time the rain reaches the ground, the clouds are no longer directly overhead.
