Twin Gun Salute / TwinGunKrieg Mod License (APL-ND) This license governs the use of all modifications ("Mods"), assets, scripts, configurations, models, textures, audio, documentation, and any related content created by Twin Gun Salute / TwinGunKrieg, including all past, present, and future works released under this name. By downloading, using, or otherwise accessing any Twin Gun Salute / TwinGunKrieg content, you agree to the terms of this license. 1. Ownership All Twin Gun Salute / TwinGunKrieg content remains the intellectual property of its respective creators unless otherwise noted. This license grants permission to use the content only under the conditions listed below. Ownership is not transferred. 2. Permitted Uses You may: Download and use the Mods for personal gameplay. Host the Mods on Arma Reforger servers in their original, unmodified form. Include the Mods in server mod collections, provided they remain unaltered and proper credit is maintained. Record videos, livestreams, and screenshots featuring the Mods. 3. No Derivatives You may NOT: Modify any files. Decompile, unpack, or reverse engineer the content except where permitted by applicable law. Create derivative works. Reupload edited versions. Redistribute modified versions. Port the Mods to another game without prior written permission. Use any assets from the Mods in another project. Written permission from Twin Gun Salute / TwinGunKrieg is required for any exceptions. 4. Redistribution Redistribution is permitted only when: The files remain completely unmodified. Proper credit is given to Twin Gun Salute / TwinGunKrieg. No paywall or other restriction limits access to the Mods themselves. This license is included with the redistribution. 5. Prohibited Users and Organizations The following organization is permanently prohibited from using any content created by Twin Gun Salute / TwinGunKrieg: BnB, including but not limited to: Any affiliated organizations or communities. Any successor organizations or rebranded groups. Any partner or sister communities. Any administrators, owners, moderators, developers, staff members, contributors, or representatives. Any individuals acting on behalf of, in coordination with, or for the benefit of BnB or its affiliates. These parties are expressly prohibited from: Downloading or accessing the Mods. Hosting the Mods on any server. Using the Mods in any capacity. Redistributing the Mods. Modifying the Mods. Creating derivative works. Incorporating any portion of the Mods or their assets into another project. No license, permission, or authorization is granted to BnB or any of its affiliates under any circumstance. 6. No Warranty The Mods are provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. Twin Gun Salute / TwinGunKrieg shall not be liable for any damages, including but not limited to data loss, game instability, server issues, compatibility problems, or any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Mods. Users assume all risks associated with installation and use. 7. Termination Any violation of this license immediately and automatically terminates all rights granted herein. Twin Gun Salute / TwinGunKrieg reserves the right to revoke permissions, update this license, or pursue any available remedies for violations of these terms. 8.
