Official Workshop description
All credit does to the original author Your401kPlan of RetroNightVision and JohnnyKerner of FreedomFighters.
Simple FF integration that adds Retro Night Vision to the player and civ shops at a rather high cost. Roughly $2.5k at a Civ shop and 250 supply at the player shop.
A future update may make the pricing into a new game slider option for finer control here for server admins.
