- Adds 5 new radios

These radios all have a menu in which you can switch
Frequency.
Volume.
Stereo. - This lets you distinguish what ears you hear audio out of.
Time Deviation. - For espionage as if your radio is compromised you can adjust this up or down to offset the timing. Only players on the same timing can hear you.
Uses teamspeak keybinds for direct communication.
