Summary

Queue multiple placement requests instead of spawning everything during one server frame.

Official Workshop description

Queues GM-placed squads, individual AI, and vehicles server-wide. Enforces at least 650 ms between releases—even with multiple GMs. Keeps props, waypoints, and player-possession spawns immediate. Preserves Reforger’s normal permissions, budget checks, callbacks, and replication.
