Epinephrine (adrenaline) is an emergency stimulant used to restore consciousness of incapacitated soldiers. Effective in cases of cardiac arrest, severe shock, or sudden collapse. Increases heart rate and blood pressure to stabilize critical conditions. Inject into a large muscle or vein—typically the thigh, upper arm, or forearm—for rapid effect. Allow a few seconds for the drug to take effect.
