Official Workshop description
Solo Crew - Bot Driver
A fork of "Solo Crew - Gunner Drives" by generelaaronsito (Aaron J Hughes, Foreign Legion Milsim), adapted for PvE servers where an AI bot sits in the driver's seat.
Original mod: Solo Crew - Gunner Drives (7F3A2B1C9D4E5F60). All credit for the driving system goes to its author. This fork is distributed under the same Arma Public License (APL).
Work in progress. Current version: unchanged port of Solo Crew 1.0.34 (gunner drives when the driver seat is empty).
Planned: take / hand back control while an AI driver stays in the seat; automatic gearbox.
Key bindings (only while you are in a turret of a driverless ground vehicle):
W / S / A / D (or arrows) - throttle / brake / steer
E / Q - gear up / down
Space - handbrake (hold; double-tap to lock, press again to release)
Numpad 9 - engine on / off
[ - turret-only mode
] - hand the controls to another player in the vehicle
Do not run together with the original Solo Crew - both mods would try to drive the same vehicle.
