Adds the Voice over Network UI to the Gamemaster's HUD

Official Workshop description

General Notes: When this modification is active, the UI that shows who speaks in proximity or over a radio is shown even in Gamemaster mode. Technical Implementation: This mod overrides the DefaultPlayerController.et to allow the SCR_VonDisplay to be shown when in Gamermaster mode. And it overrides the HUDManager_Editor.layout to add the 'Slot_VON' widget used to display the VON display in.

Use VON UI for Gamemasters on your server
