OWNERSHIP AND SCOPE Copyright in the original contributions to ARGH Wraith remains with joshargh / ARGH Mods. Third-party models, textures, animations and other licensed material remain the property of their respective rights holders. This licence transfers no ownership and does not relicense third-party material. This is a custom licence. It is not APL, APL-SA or APL-ND. Mandatory terms attached to separately licensed third-party or Bohemia Interactive material remain applicable to that material. 2. PERMITTED USE You may download the official ARGH Wraith addon and use it for non-commercial Arma Reforger gameplay, including on private and public servers that comply with these terms. You may create missions or a separate addon that references the original, unmodified ARGH Wraith addon as a required Workshop dependency. That permission does not include copying, bundling or embedding files from ARGH Wraith. Credit joshargh / ARGH Mods and identify the original ARGH Wraith addon as the dependency. 3. WRITTEN PERMISSION REQUIRED Except for rights you hold independently or rights that must be available under applicable law or a controlling third-party licence, you must obtain prior written permission from joshargh before: - Reuploading, mirroring, repacking or redistributing this addon or its files, whether modified or unmodified. - Copying its code or other original content into another addon or mod pack. - Publishing modifications, conversions, ports, extracts or derivative asset packages made from its files. - Rebranding its content or presenting it as your own work. Merely naming ARGH Wraith as a dependency does not authorise any of those activities. A dependency addon must use the original installation rather than include a duplicate of its content. Linking to the official Workshop listing is permitted. 4. LICENSED MODELS AND ASSETS The weapon models, meshes, rigs, textures and animations are supplied for use through the original ARGH Wraith addon. This notice grants no separate permission to extract, modify, retexture, convert, redistribute, sell or reuse those assets outside that installation. Any additional rights must come from the relevant rights holder under the applicable asset licence. Permissions granted by ARGH Mods cannot override another rights holder's restrictions. 5. NO MONETISATION No commercial use of ARGH Mods' original content is granted. This includes selling or renting the addon, paid server access, priority queues, reserved slots, VIP benefits, subscriptions, paywalls, or payments and donations linked to access or gameplay advantages involving this addon. Written permission is required for any proposed commercial use, and any separately applicable third-party restrictions still apply. 6. CREDIT AND NOTICES Retain applicable copyright, licence and attribution notices. Do not claim authorship of another creator's work or imply endorsement by ARGH Mods, an asset creator or Bohemia Interactive. 7. WARRANTY AND TERMINATION The addon is provided as available, without a promise of support, updates, suitability or uninterrupted operation. To the extent permitted by applicable law, no warranty is given and liability for loss arising from its use is excluded. Nothing here excludes a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded. Permissions under this custom licence end if its conditions are breached. Rights granted independently by law or another rights holder are unaffected. All rights not expressly granted by the relevant rights holder are reserved.
