By downloading, using, or creating content dependent on the RMS Hitscan Framework, you agree to the following terms. PERMITTED USE You MAY: - Use the RMS Hitscan Framework as a dependency for your own mod. - Reference and utilize the framework’s functionality from your own content. - Modify and adapt the example prefabs provided with the framework for use within your own mod. - Publish mods that require the RMS Hitscan Framework, provided users are directed to obtain the original framework separately. PROHIBITED USE You MAY NOT: - Modify, alter, or create derivative versions of the RMS Hitscan Framework scripts. - Extract RMS scripts and include them directly inside your own mod. - Repack any RMS scripts, source files, or framework files. - Re-upload the RMS Hitscan Framework, in whole or in part. - Redistribute RMS scripts or framework files through another Workshop item, repository, mod pack, archive, or download. - Copy RMS scripts into another project. - Publish modified versions, forks, mirrors, or unofficial variants of the framework. - Claim RMS code, scripts, systems, or framework assets as your own. - Circumvent the requirement to use the official RMS Hitscan Framework as a dependency. The ONLY files intended to be adapted for use within another mod are the provided example prefabs. DEPENDENCY REQUIREMENT Any mod utilizing the RMS Hitscan Framework must reference the official RMS Hitscan Framework release as a dependency. The framework itself must remain separate from your mod. Do not bundle the framework into your project. Do not redistribute framework files for convenience. Users must obtain the framework from its official distribution source. EXAMPLE PREFABS Example prefabs are provided specifically to demonstrate implementation of the framework. You may: - Duplicate them. - Modify them. - Rename them. - Configure them for your weapons, ammunition, or other content. - Include your modified versions of those example prefabs within your own mod. This permission applies only to the example prefabs and does not grant permission to redistribute or modify RMS scripts or other protected framework files. SOURCE CODE All scripts included with the RMS Hitscan Framework remain the intellectual property of Reforged Mod Studios. Access to readable source code does not constitute permission to copy, modify, redistribute, republish, or incorporate that source code into another project. MOD PACKS / COLLECTIONS Workshop collections or dependency lists containing a link to the official framework are permitted. Repacking the framework into a combined mod, mod pack, server package, or alternative Workshop upload is not permitted without explicit written authorization from RMS. COMMERCIAL USE Commercial redistribution, sale, sublicensing, or monetized distribution of the RMS Hitscan Framework itself is prohibited without explicit written permission from Reforged Mod Studios. Mods using the framework as a dependency remain subject to any additional rules imposed by Bohemia Interactive, the Arma Reforger Workshop, and applicable platform terms. TERMINATION Permission to use the RMS Hitscan Framework is automatically revoked if these terms are violated. Upon termination, you must cease distribution of any unauthorized copies or derivatives containing RMS framework files. PERMISSION / EXCEPTIONS Any permissions outside the terms of this license must be obtained directly from Reforged Mod Studios. Written permission from RMS may grant exceptions on a case-by-case basis.
